Victory Highway in Steuben County is a main road (Road number NY 415) and it crosses a bridge. It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses Meads Creek Road, Main Street, Naylor Lane, Costa Drive, Evergreen Drive, Pioneer Road, Oak Drive, North Victory Drive, Meade Street, Sunset Avenue, Robert Dann Drive and Erwin Hollow Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Town of Erwin and Painted Post. This street is part of the highway "415" as well as the Bicycle route "NY Bike Route 17" as well as the Hiking trail "Crystal Hills Trail".
