It runs in a north-south direction starting from Secatogue Road and crosses Deer Park Street, Udall Road, Brentwood Street, Garden City Street, Bay Shore Avenue, East Lakeland Street, East Belmont Street, Martinstein Avenue, East Oakdale Street, Stewart Street and Merriam Road.
