It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from State Highway 97 and crosses Brook Road, Ten Mile River Road, Cochecton Turnpike Road, Cohecton Turnpike Road, Crawford Road, Eagle View Road, Grassy Swamp Road, Francis Drive, Lackawaxen Road, Poblette Drive and Old Minisink Ford Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Town of Lumberland, Town of Highland and Town of Tusten.
