State Highway 78 in Wyoming County is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road. It runs in an east-west direction starting from Main Street and crosses Elm Road, Holland Road, Welch Road, Michigan Road, Gulf Road, Pit Road, Curriers Road, Cattaraugus Road, State Highway 98, Prescott Road and Java Lake Road. It connects Town of Java and Town of Wethersfield. This street is part of the Bicycle route "BBC Wyoming Road Race Course" as well as the highways 78 and 98.
