Lower Columbia River Highway in Scappoose is a four-lane, concrete expressway. The street has partly a sidewalk as well as bike paths (bike lane). It runs in a north-south direction starting from Columbia River Highway and crosses High School Way and Southwest Old Portland Road. This street is part of the highways 30 and Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Auto Tour Route.
