It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Forest Road 3320 and crosses McKay Creek Road, Forest Road 3330 (unimproved), Wildcat Road, Forest Road 3300-450, NF 3300-500, Old Dry Creek Road and Lawson Road and ends at Northeast Ochoco Highway.
