Santiam Highway in Deschutes County is a two-lane, asphalted expressway. It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses McAllister Road, Hawksbeard, Forest Road 2000-321, Glaze Meadow Road, Indian Ford Road, Forest Road 1012-204, Forest Road 2059, Cold Springs Cutoff Road, Forest Road 2059-500, Forest Road 2000-400, Forest Road 1012-540 and Windigo Trail. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Sisters and Deschutes County. This street is part of the highways 126, 20 and McKenzie Pass-Santiam Pass Scenic Byway as well as the Bicycle route "TransAmerica Trail (Oregon)". Santiam Highway also exists in Jefferson County and Linn County.
