Southwest Century Drive in Deschutes County is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road (also known as Cascade Lakes Highway). No bike lane available. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Elder Ridge Street, East Campbell Road, Mount Bachelor Drive, Mammoth Drive, Southwest Braeburn Street, West Campbell Road, Southwest Bachelor View Road, Southwest Skyline Ranch Road, National Forest Development Road 4600-100, NFD 4604-400, Seventh Mountain Drive and Cascade Lakes Highway. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Bend and Deschutes County. Southwest Century Drive is also known as Cascade Lakes Highway.
