It runs in a north-south direction starting from South Calapooia Street and crosses Deady Crossing Road, Rogers Road, Wilbur Cemetery Road, Oak Hill Road, Shakemill Road, Wilbur Road, North Bank Road, Weyerhaeuser Drive, Del Rio Road and Umpqua College Road and ends at Old Winchester Bridge.
