It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Lava Bed Road and crosses New Field East Pipeline Road, Hillwell Road, New Field West Pipeline Road, South Middle Fork Road, Coontown Access Road, Shortcut Road and Coon Town Road and ends at Riddle Mountain Lookout Road. This street is part of the highway "Diamond Loop Tour Route". Nearby there is among others a post office. Happy Valley Road also exists in Douglas County, Grant County and Lincoln County.
