It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Northwest Spring Street, Southwest Galley Avenue, US 101 U-turn Lane, Breeze Street, U-Turn Pull Out, Northwest 25th Street, Northwest 20th Street, Northeast 17th Street, Northeast 15th Street, Northwest 15th Street, Northwest 14th Street and Northwest 12th Street. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Lincoln County, Newport, Taft, Waldport, Yachats and Depoe Bay. Oregon Coast Highway is also known as Highway 101 South. This street is part of the Bicycle route "Oregon Coast Scenic Bikeway" as well as the highways 101 and Pacific Coast Scenic Byway as well as the Hiking trail "Oregon Coast Trail".
