It runs in a north-south direction starting from East Powell Boulevard and crosses Southeast 2nd Place, Southeast 4th Street, Southeast 5th Street, Southeast 6th Street, Southeast 9th Street, Southeast 10th Street, Southeast 11th Street, Southeast Palmquist Road, Southeast Roberts Drive, Southeast Ambleside Drive and Southeast Cleveland Drive. It connects Hogan, Gresham Butte and Historic Southeast. Southeast Hogan Road is also known as Southeast 242nd Avenue.
