It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Northeast Schuyler Street, Northeast Beech Street, Northeast Klickitat Street, Northeast 82nd Way, Northeast Air Cargo Road, Northeast Lombard Street, Northeast Alderwood Road, Northeast Webster Street, Northeast Alberta Street, Northeast Humboldt Street, Northeast Wygant Street and Northeast Going Place. It connects Madison South, Montavilla, Sumner, Portland, Roseway and Cully. Northeast 82nd Avenue is also known as Cascade Highway. This street is part of the highway "213" as well as the Hiking trail "Columbia Slough Trail".
