It runs in a north-south direction starting from Southeast Walnut Street and crosses Southeast Cedar Street, Southeast Maple Street, Southeast Alder Street, Southeast Larch Court, Southeast Spruce Street and Southeast Tualatin Valley Highway and ends at Southeast River Road. It connects Hillsboro and Downtown Hillsboro. Southeast 13th Avenue also exists in Malheur County, Clackamas County and Umatilla County.
