It runs in an east-west direction starting from Southwest Niederberger Road and crosses North Pacific Highway West, Pacific Highway West, Southeast Maple Street, Southeast Cedar Street, Northeast Fulquartz Landing Road and Southeast Ash Street and ends at Southeast Edwards Drive. It connects Yamhill County and Dundee. Southeast Parks Drive is also known as County Road 78.
