It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from 6th Street and crosses 5th Street, 3rd Street Extension, Church Alley, 4th Street, School Alley, 3rd Street, Elder Alley, 2nd Street and Mack Street and ends at Cambridge Street. Main Street also exists in Bethel Park, Tarentum, Bridgeville, Coraopolis and North Braddock.
