It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Ontelaunee Trail and crosses Creek Road, Crystal Cave Road, Front Street, 2nd Street and 1st Street and ends at Hard Hill Road. This street is part of the highway "143". Main Street also exists in Shoemakersville, Leesport, Bally, Upper Tulpehocken Township and South Heidelberg Township.
