It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Railroad Street and crosses A Court, Maple Street, B Court, Church Street, C Court, Argyle Street, D Court and Broad Street and ends at Lake Street. Main Street also exists in Gallitzin, Summerhill, Scalp Level, Portage and East Conemaugh.
