Main Street in Perry Township is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road. It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Perryville Road, Manculich Lane, Sportsman Road, Rayburn Lane, Lime Plant Road, Terwilliger Road, Merwin Lane, Hagentown Road, Doc Walker Road, Spring Road, Collier Road and Keefer Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac. This street is part of the highway "368" as well as the Hiking trail "North Country National Scenic Trail (PA)". Main Street also exists in Callensburg, Clarion, Foxburg, Hawthorn and Knox.
