Main Street in West Fallowfield Township is a two-lane, asphalted expressway. The street has partly no sidewalks. It runs in a north-south direction starting from Hartstown Road and crosses Westford Road, Herr Lane, Liberty Street, Jefferson Street, Union Street, Center Street, Woodmans Trail, Patton Road, Hill Alley and Adamsville Road and ends at Atlantic Road. This street is part of the highway "18". Main Street also exists in Conneaut Lake, Conneautville, Hydetown, Saegertown and Spartansburg.
