Mount Morris Road in Franklin Township is a two-lane, asphalted main road (also known as East High Street). The street has no sidewalks. It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from East High Street and crosses Roy E. Furman Highway, Loop Road, Gordon Hill Road, Laurel Run Road, Orchard Road, Moore Street, Rolling Meadows Road and Morris Street. Mount Morris Road is also known as East High Street. This street is part of the Bicycle route "BicyclePA Route A" as well as the highway "19". Mount Morris Road also exists in Whiteley Township.
