It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Pleasure Road and crosses East Ross Street, Ross Street, North Reservoir Street, North Franklin Street, North Marshall Street and North Plum Street and ends at East Lemon Street. It connects Lancaster, East Side and Ross. New Holland Avenue also exists in Berks County.
