East Front Street in Salem Township is a two-lane, asphalted, lit main road (Road number US 11). The street has partly a sidewalk. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Spruce Street, Fowler Street, Central Avenue, Line, Johnson Avenue, Salem, Luzerne Avenue, Clybourne Avenue and Bomboy Lane and ends at Salem Boulevard, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. This street is part of the highway "11". East Front Street also exists in Venango County, Erie County, Cumberland County, York County and Montour County.
