Main Street in Tatamy is a two-lane main road. It runs in an east-west direction and crosses North 8th Street, South 8th Street, 7th Street, North 7th Street, 6th Street, 5th Street, 4th Street and Bushkill Street and ends at Uhler Road, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. This street is part of the Bicycle route "9-11 Trail (Pennsylvania thru route)". Nearby there is among others a gas station.
