It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses Miller Drive, Weatherfield, Spruce Street, Maple Street, Snyder Street, Queen Avenue and North Susquehanna Trail and ends at North Old Trail, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. Nearby there is an electronics store. 11th Avenue also exists in Monroe Township.
