It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Garrett Road, Rock Street, Market Street, Walnut Street and Chestnut Street and ends at Bridge Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. Maple Avenue also exists in Stoystown, Hooversville and Berlin.
