Main Street in Hallstead is a two-lane, asphalted, lit main road. The street has partly sidewalks. It runs in a north-south direction starting from Susquehanna Avenue and crosses Harmony Road, Franklin Avenue, Wellington Avenue, Lusk Lane, Rose Street, Old Route 11 and South Street. This street is part of the highway "11". Nearby there is a liquor store. Main Street also exists in Lanesboro, Hop Bottom, New Milford, Thompson and Brooklyn Township.
