Westbranch Highway in Union Township is a two-lane, asphalted expressway. The street has partly no sidewalks. It runs in a north-south direction starting from River Breeze Avenue and crosses Agway Lane, Nelson Road, Murray Street, William Road, Rohland Street and Albert Boulevard. This street is part of the highway "15". Westbranch Highway also exists in East Buffalo Township, Kelly Township and White Deer Township.
