15th Street in Franklin is an asphalted expressway (also known as William Flinn Highway). It runs in a north-south direction starting from Otter Street and crosses Elk Street, Liberty Street, Buffalo Street, Chestnut Street, Old Mercer Road, Eagle Street and Bell Avenue. 15th Street is also known as William Flinn Highway. This street is part of the highways 62, 8 and Washington's Trail. Nearby there is a police station.
