Main Street in Seven Valleys is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road. It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Cherry Street, Church Street, Maple Street, East Street and Pumphouse Lane. It ends in a cul-de-sac. This street is part of the highway "214". Main Street also exists in Yorkana, Wellsville, Glen Rock, Felton and Delta.
