North Main Street in Rush Valley is an asphalted local road (also known as Mormon Trail Road). It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Charles Hill Road, Cedar Street, Juniper Street, Pine Street, Center Street, Rock Road, Arthur Circle, Garrard Lane, Park Street and Martinez Lane and ends at Mormon Trail, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. North Main Street is also known as Mormon Trail Road. North Main Street also exists in Tooele.
