It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from South Center Street and crosses North Center Street, West Main Street, North 100 East, South 100 East, North 200 East, East 100 South and East 400 South and ends at Sunglow Road. It connects Bicknell and Wayne County. This street is part of the highway "24" as well as the Bicycle route "US:US 77". East Main Street also exists in Grand County, Emery County, Millard County, Tooele County and Washington County.
