It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Andover Street and crosses Clark Drive, Cobble Stone Road, Brooks Road, Beverly Lane, Site 1 Road, Evergreen Acres, Bear Hill Road West, Andover Road, Wright Road, Valley View Drive and Old Weston Mountain Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Ludlow and Ludlow Village. This street is part of the highways 100 and Scenic Route 100 Byway.
