Waterfall Way in Bellingen Shire Council is a two-lane, asphalted main road (80 km/h). It crosses Casuarina Street, Dome Road, Cemetery Road, Rocky Creek Road, Maynards Plains Road, Little North Arm Road, Summervilles Road, Darkwood Road, Horseshoe Road, Gravel Pit Road and Boggy Creek Road and comes from Karabin Street. It connects Bellingen, Dorrigo Mountain, Thora, Dorrigo and Bielsdown Hills. This road is part of the long-distance road "B78".
