It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Clarence Town Road and crosses Wallaringa Road, Wallarobba - Brookfield Road, Sandy Creek Road, Hilldale Road, Oakley Creek Road, Gardiners Road, Merchants Road, Grace Avenue and Mowbray Lane South and ends at Gresford Road. It connects Martins Creek, Wallarobba, Paterson, Wirragulla and Hilldale.
