It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses Lawlers Creek Road, Riverwoods Downs Road and Reltons Deviation and ends at Dixons Cross Road, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. Upper Monkerai Road also exists in Upper Karuah River.
