It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses Lemington Road, Magpie Street, Maison Dieu Road, Hebden Road, Glennies Creek Road, Dyrring Street, Glennie Street, Alpha Street, Lethbridge Street, McInerney Road, Middle Falbrook Road and Rixs Creek Lane. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Ravensworth, Camberwell, Mcdougalls Hill, Liddell, Rixs Creek and Dunolly. This road is part of the long-distance road "A15". The nearest stop is New England Hwy at Bridgman Rd. The bus lines 180, 402, 403 and 404 serve this stop. New England Highway also exists in Belford, Lower Belford and Whittingham.
