Monaro Highway in Middle Flat

Monaro Highway in Snowy Monaro Regional Council is a two-lane, asphalted expressway (100 km/h, road number B72;B23). It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Saleyards Road and crosses abandoned highway alignment, Springs Road, Tom Groggin Road, Abandoned Highway alignment, Abandoned alignment, The Peak Road, abandoned hwy level crossing alignment, Stanton Street, North York Street and North Boyd Street and ends at Bombala Street. It connects Cooma, Nimmitabel, Rock Flat and Middle Flat. Monaro Highway is also known as Snowy Mountains Highway. This road is part of the long-distance roads B72 and B23. Monaro Highway also exists in Bondi Forest, Rockton, Lords Hill, Paddys Flat and Bombala.
