Bluff Road in Charters Towers Regional is an unpaved tertiary road. It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses Phillipson Road, Sigma Street, Rees Street, Jardine Street, Cowards Road, Woodchopper Road, Daybreak Lane, Hulls Road, Bus Road, Fenton Grove Road, Oreillys Road and Mountain View Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Seventy Mile, Millchester and Broughton.
