It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Bangalow Road, Morennan Road, Wambianna Road, Wyaga Road, Aberdeen Road, Mooroondoo Road, Manus Road and Tenomby Road and ends at Leichhardt Highway, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It connects Goondiwindi, Kindon, Wyaga and Billa Billa. This road is part of the long-distance road "A39".
