It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Brisbane Road and crosses Tyrrell Road, Shaw Street, Walsh Court, McAuliffe Road, Florentine Court, Fairview Road and Simpson Road. It connects Mothar Mountain, East Deep Creek and Monkland. This road is part of the long-distance road "Old Noosa Road". Noosa Road also exists in Traveston and Tandur.
