Mulligan Highway in Mareeba Shire is an asphalted expressway (100 km/h, also known as Peninsula Developmental Road). It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses Baird Street, Pump Road, Mount Spurgeon Road, West Mary Road, East Mary Road, Fitzsimmons Road, Daunton Road, Mitchellvale Road, Mossman Mount Molloy Road, Wetherby Road, Brown Street and Buck Street. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Desailly, Mount Carbine, Mount Molloy, Mareeba and Southedge. Mulligan Highway is also known as Peninsula Developmental Road.
