Cairns Street in South Burnett Regional is a two-lane, asphalted tertiary road. There is no cycle path. It runs in a north-south direction starting from Elk Street and crosses Downing Street, Drayton Street, Alfred Street, Appin Street West, Nanango Brooklands Road, Wills Street West and Arthur Street West and ends at Brown Street. This road is part of the bicycle route "Link Trail". In the vicinity, there is a place of worship.
