The Esplanade in Maroochydore

The Esplanade in Sunshine Coast Regional is a two-lane, asphalted, lit tertiary road (40 km/h). It runs in an east-west direction starting from Duporth Avenue and crosses First Avenue, Second Avenue, Cotton Tree Park Carpark, Third Avenue, Cotton Tree Aquatic Centre Carpark and Fourth Avenue and ends at Cotton Tree Parade. In the vicinity, there is a coffee shop. The nearest bus stop in the vicinity is First Ave near Memorial Ave (approx. 100 m away). The Esplanade also exists in Golden Beach and Coochin Creek.
