It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Ehlma Boundary Road, Cox Road, Warra Canaga Creek Road, Lower Jinghi Back Road, Tylers Road, Keehns Road and Brettells Road and ends at Sydney Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It connects Tuckerang, Jandowae and Wychie. Inverai Road also exists in Chinchilla.
