It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Gralton Street and crosses Conway Street, Railway Road, Pelican Creek Road, Aspinall Road, Corduory Creek Road, Old Town Road, Sanoma Station Access, Collinsville Rodeo Grounds Access, Emu Plains Road, Turrawulla Road and Fig Tree Access. It connects Mount Coolon, Newlands, Springlands and Collinsville. This road is part of the long-distance road "77". Bowen Developmental Road also exists in Bogie.
