It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Killora Road, Barnes Bay Road, Church Road, Lennon Road, Trumpeter Road, Whaymans Road, Rookery Track, Great Bay Road, Blyth Parade, Cape Queen Elizabeth Track, Lutregala Road and Wooreddy Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects South Bruny, Alonnah, Lunawanna, North Bruny and Great Bay. This road is part of the long-distance roads B66 and C629 and the bicycle route "Bruny Island South".
