Lapoinya Road in Waratah-Wynyard is a secondary road. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Nelsons Road, Maynes Link, Junction Spur, Colgraves Road, Lyons Road, Beatties Road, Capells Road, Scotts Road and Pages Road and ends at Preolenna Road, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It connects Lapoinya and Moorleah. This road is part of the long-distance road "C230".
