Bogong High Plains Road in Alpine Shire is an asphalted secondary road. It crosses Chalet Road, Tawonga Crescent, Wallace Hut Walking Track, Big River Firetrail, Lower Dam Wall, Roper Lookout Walk, Lower Lake Road, Pretty Valley Road, Aqueduct Trail, Slalom Street, Falls Creek Road and Road 24 and ends in a cul-de-sac. It connects Falls Creek, Mount Beauty and Bogong. This road is part of the mountain bike routes Brumby Run, Mt Mackay Loop, Historic Huts Ride, Marm Point Paralyser and Tawonga Huts Run. In the vicinity, you can find among other things a police station, a café and a clinic.
