Australian built 1948 Ford Anglia A54A Tourer. Although identified at www.flickr.com as a 1942 Anglia E04A, the registration details available at http://vre.vicroads.vic.gov.au/ indicate that it was actually manufactured in 1948, which makes it an A54A rather than a E04A. This is supported by the fact that it has running boards, which were absent from the E04A Tourer.
